Steps of Permanent Makeup
The Semi Permanent Makeup is always followed by 3 steps:
It is the first part of the whole process and usually is done as a part your initial treatment, but it can be done separately if you wish so. Because my aim is to listen to my client I will very carefully talk to you what you want to achieve through the treatment, as everyone is different (I never have had the same shape of eyebrow, lip contour and eye eyeliner) we my pencil or draw your eyebrows, lips or eyes eyeliner 100 times if needed until you are absolutely happy. During consultation you will sign your patient card; we will discuss your overall health conditions and then we go to the next step.
Firstly we apply the anaesthesia cream on the selected part being involved in the treatment and we allow it to work for 15-20 minutes to reduce your discomfort to the possible minimum. Using the specialist facial tattooing machine I gently and carefully apply the pigment to the dermis. You will feel a slight stinging. All needles should be new and sterile for each client, they will be opened in your presence. Straight after the treatment, the colour will likely look dark and shiny, and the surrounding tissue will be swollen and red. This will start to fade after 3-4 day. The whole process takes around 2.5-4 hours but it varies from person to person and it depends on your individual requirements. We will make breaks if you need them. Usually the colour is not perfect after the initial treatment. Semi-permanent Make Up procedure are the process which needs at least one touch up appointment to saturate more pigment where needed.
Please make a note, that it is two stage treatments and a second appointment is needed 4-6 weeks after your first treatment. This is usually around 2 hour’s appointment to add more pigment to the brow area. This is because the area is healing, some parts may not hold as well as others and you may have a few patches that need more colour. This is completely normal and everyone heals differently. Whatever the case, it is crucial to cave the retouch appointment done.It is important that any retouch procedure will be performed no sooner than four weeks after the initial treatment. The minimum norm for follow-up appointment for lip procedure is six weeks due to the lips delicate nature. The distance time frames will vary depending on the health profile and age of the client, but these are good standards for consideration.
Unluckily not everyone is delighted with their permanent make up procedure and end up needing to have it corrected. If you think your make up needs to be recovered, you may contact Permanent Beauty Clinic for consultation and I may assist you in selecting the most suitable method of correction brows, lips or eyes. I am experienced in fixing unsuccessful permanent make ups, but unfortunately it`s not always possible to adjust it and laser removal may be your only option, it happens when the brows were not positioned correctly or if the colour is to dense.lucy
